Just got back from my bio lab, good lab. Stopped by starbucks for a soy latte but im just not that into it. *sigh*... Jordan aksed me to go to the cafeteria with her, but I didnt want to because I was doing so well today and I had the perfect portion of food in my fridge and I planned to eat it. I think sticking to my plans are important.... it still sucks though... oh well. I am on track calorie wise, turns out when you write things down, shit works. I plan to do the rest of my paper and then eat dinner, drink water and go to bed.

Today I went to the gym and went on this elliptical-like thing, it was weird but I had my music so I jammed out the entire time. I forgot a towel, but tomorrow I will bring one. Or I might do a class tomorrow.... hmmmm.... Anyways, after I took a shower I made some high fiber oatmeal and my soy latte and a full bottle of water of course... I think for lunch and dinner I will go the the asian place, get a full order of tofu, brown rice and vegetables and split it up for lunch and dinner... their portions are HUGE. Along with that I plan to eat some fruits... I have a big bad of clementines that need to be eaten. I watched the movie "Cannibal Holocaust"... fucking amazing bomb-ass shit. Haha, I love horror movies, I'm also thinking about going to the library to find some Lovecraft novels, he intrigues me... but I have to write my research paper...
Which reminds me... I was researching bone saws and I found one on ebay for $12.50.... creeeeeepy... well, Im gunna go watch house now...

When looking around, I have discovered that my life isnt that bad. After reading a few people's journals, I have become inspired to go to the god damn gym tomorrow! And, I WILL only eat 3 healthy meals and I WILL get on that god damn ellipticle. haha. But now, I will brush my teeth, put on pj's and watch my new netflix movie, "Cannibal Holocaust"... YAY!!!
