Starting over today. Refreshed my diet goals and starting weight & changed my start date to today. Nothing feels as good as new beginnings.

Fell off track this past Saturday and Sunday due to a bachelorette party followed by a day of feeling pretty yucky. Back on track today, and had to improvise by hitting the grocery store at lunch. Picked up a couple individually packaged string cheese sticks, some sugar-free Jello, and 2 hard boiled eggs from the deli. Enjoying a Diet Dr. Pepper with it to calm my tummy, since I'm feeling a bit nauseous and not wanting to eat. Making a new recipe tonight for dinner, and hoping I'll feel better and want to eat. Here's to a kicking off a great week!

I feel absolutely amazing! My daughter and I started low carb exactly 1 week ago today. I've lost -8 pounds as of this morning, and my daughter was down -7 when she weighed Saturday! We are both supporting one another, and my boyfriend is supporting us by making sure he cooks right on his nights to make dinner (he has no weight to lose and is super healthy). I've learned to prepare in advance for lunches and snacks. We are SO excited because we are more alert and energetic, and already our clothes feel better on our bodies. Looking FORWARD (for the first time in years) to taking a shopping trip in 4-6 weeks to purchase shorts for summer! Hopefully a whole size or 2 smaller than what we are wearing now. I've always sweltered in the heat each summer wearing capris because I hated my humongous legs so much. I have a feeling I might be wanting to show them off for the first time!
