So as much as I wanted to make major changes in the last two days since starting on here - not so much. I havent had time in the morning to take my vitamins, let alone eat something. And really that might be one of the biggest challenges I have.
Time management is a HUGE issue. As for eating healthier - I went out to eat with some colleagues today at a mexican restaraunt, and didn't make the best of choices. But I just haven't got into that mindset yet.
I did some grocery shopping today and picked up a few frozen weight watchers to help out with portion control. Having chili and tatertots for dinner. Not healthy. I have no excuses. Its fast, cheap, and tastes good.
I still havent dealt with drinking more water. The idea makes me feel sick. I hate water. And I dont like the flavored packets. They dont help. If I drink one glass of water I'm in the bathroom in 10 minutes.

So today I am taking ownership of my body....again. I have gained 10 pounds in the last two months due to stress. Too much fast food, and really crappy dinners. Its time for me to pre-planning out my week for meals, setting aside money for healthy snacks, and cutting out the drinking.
I am setting a few small goals for myself this week:
Stay hydrated - I barely drink anything all day - keep it to water, diet soda, sugar free tea, and find alternatives to beer.
Get snacks - I usually only eat dinner, and go all day without eating. I know this is why my metabolism is all whack. Need to find something I can keep around me all the time that is portable and easy to eat.
Vitamins - start taking the multivitamins I bought a month ago that still havent taken.
Fastfood - If I have to it needs to be healthy options, like subway or salads.
Guess thats it for now - BTW, I will start Monday.
