I Havent been on here for a while again but still training hard. I Have added more protein to my eating and still dont do any running. Maybe in May il start again when its cooler.
My weight seems to have bottomed out at around 103.6Kg.I Have adjusted my weight training exercises.The only difference in my eating is that i started carb rotation by increasing carbs on weight training days.
This month's training:
Mondays to Thursdays 20 min HIIT cycling mornings.
Mondays , Wednesdays and saterdays : 30 / 30 and /45min Rowing
Tuesdays,Thursdays and Sundays : 1 hr weight training
extras: 20 min cycle Wed evenings.

been a while since I captured my training. Been on two weeks leave but still kept relatively active.
weekly have kept to same training just increased weights and more protein.
mon to Fri : Row and cycle
Tue Thursdays and Sundays: weights
Sat: 30 min Row & cycle.
Not too worried about gaining on the scale while I add on protein (bulk up) but hoping for body fat reduction .

Compliments of the new year to everyone ! May 2018 be a year of achieving our goals.
I've been slowely getting back into exercise after the mandatory 6 weeks post op. Started slow cycling and rowing including light weights with bodyweight only with legs. Havent done any running as yet. Thats going to be the hardest struggle.
I have gained about 1.7 kg since going for the operation and an increase of 2 % body fat.
Weeks exercise:
4 x 20 min cycle
2 x 30 min Rowing
2 x 45 min weights
Feeling well motivated after the lengthly layoff.

Well I reached my goal for 2017. Lost roughly 12.5kg aimed for 10kg.i Started at 112.5kg and presently 99.5kg. Done over a period of 7 months. I've worked up to a 30:40 5km starting at 52min. Lost 2 pants sizes 42 to 38. Feeling great wanting to lose more. However all the running rowing cycling has been hard on my body. Shoulder and now my hernia in the groin area. Have 2 now and set for surgery Thursday 23rd November. No exercise for 4 to 6 weeks. So that's me for 2017. Hope to get back in the new year and beter this year. another week without weight training. second week of taking fat burners to break the plateau I was having. Training for week:
4 x 30min cycle 1 x 45min cycle
1 x 30min Row
weekend
Saterday : 30min Row 20min cycle
Sunday: 60min cycle
Still working on upping water consumption. trying different water combinations.
