Haven't weighed myself yet however I did walk home yesterday so was more active than normal. I also passed on the ice cream that Henry bought. I was hungry and thinking about popcorn but waited for a bit and it passed. Considering I had no sleep the night before it wasn't a bad day. Fell asleep again without putting on my mask so although I did get about 7 hrs sleep, it was not the most restful. Will have to see how it goes today. Body is willing and hopefully the spirit will keep in line.
Ok - I'm pissed. Thought I ate reasonably well and exercised. My weight is down but my blood sugar is up. It is 7.6. Still within the allowable margin however at the high end and I am normally not there. Will have to keep an eye on this and if it keeps up go back to the diabetic clinic to see if I can figure it out.

Woke up late this morning because I had finally fallen to sleep at about 5am. Grabbed a banana before I went to work and then went to the cafeteria. Extremely slim pickings. Had a bagel. Lunch the pickings were even worse so had a sandwich and fries. Their salad looked like it died last week. I asked Henry to pick up salad fixings so I can bring lunch the rest of the week and it should be better. Will try to eat lighter tonight and do some exercise to help out. Will be tired though as it is difficult to function with 2 hrs sleep.

Okay, I am back and planning on staying back. I know that today is not going to be a good day. Yesterday, I slept during the day because I had not slept well the night before and now I cannot sleep. It is 4:30am and have not slept yet and I have to get up at 6am. I know that to be successful, I must keep my ffod journal, so that I don't cheat. I must also try to get my exercise in. Here's hoping that I can do it.
