Clipping along, just trying to watch my calories and fat intake, balanced with fiber.

Today was the final weigh in for the VBL, only lost 6 lbs, but reduced 3.5 inched in the waist, 4 inches in the thigh and 4 inches in the upper arm.
Trainers say, I gained muscle. I can see the difference but really would like the scale to move in a downard direction.
However other health indicators are moving in the right direction. Cholesterol and triglycerides are in a good place. A1C is good. And i can tell when I don't eat clean. I have join pain when I don't.

VBL Saturday Challenge - Found out that I've lost 3 inches on my arms, 2.5 on my legs and 1.25 around my belly.
Weight loss has been minimal only about 6 lbs total.
