Missed yesterday's weigh in. Have company staying with me and was unable to weigh in before putting some coffee in me. Anyway, I'm really close to seeing sub-200. I tried to squeeze every drop of pee out of me this morning to get there. I can feel the excitement building in me. Was going to take today off, but not sure now.
91,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 20,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
