Good for you, welcome back. I saw one of your past journals and looked at your diet calendar. This time around, you may have more success if you eat lots more proteins in your diet. You will feel less hungry and be more able to stay to your program. And, drink 100 ounces of water every day, keep sodium to 2600 and fiber to 25 or above - you will be rockin' it and losing great!
