No weight or inch loss this week but it's my own fault. Had a 3 day motorcycle ride and I didn't stick as closely to the plan as I should have. Weighed on Monday and weighed 182 which would be increase of two pounds. Good news is that at least I didn't keep the 2 pounds I gained.
Next trip I will plan much better.

This is the end of my third week on induction. Staying on induction because I have 40 more pounds to loose and I am not bored with the approved veges. Per the new book, I can hang out here for awhile. Once I lose 20 more pounds or down to 160, I will consider moving on to OWL as I would then have 20 more pounds to go for my goal.
