Yay, it happened. The two lbs I was looking for. Keeping on Induction since my weight to lose is still enormous. Wonder if I can get down another 16 lbs by the time my friend arrives from Oz. It is too easy on this diet. I hardly eat enough calories, yesterday 950 even though I had all I could possibly want, even a carb smart ice cream bar for a change. My husband would die if he knew, because he says Splenda and artificial sweeteners are uber bad for you. I tend to agree. But it was nice to have a change, something of a dessert.
