The Long Walk Day 3
The stiffness has set in. My old frame is bitching at me. This is a good sign. I'm starting off at the right pitch.
My weight has stalled for about a week. Honestly, I ate pretty well during that week. Breakfast burritos, pizza, red curry peppersteak. It was all vegan, but still... Come on! That isn't dieting.
Those are nice treats to look forward to when the diet is done. I'm now certain I'll have no problem transitioning off the detox to a new way of eating. Now, back to the regularly scheduled detox, after I clear out some tofu that was bought for me by someone who didn't get the message this eating solids thing was a temp deal. Waste not, want not.
At least I'm getting an hour in of exercise now. Let's get that scale moving this week!
