That is one of my biggest challenges, staying away from food socially! I have friends that love to cook and eat too.. all you can do is eat something healthy before you go so you're not starved and also just eat a little... not big out... that's so hard for me to watch, to pay attention to what I'm putting into my mouth! Good job on the loss!
