I didn’t want to weigh myself for three weeks. I was on prednisone and other heavy duty steroids for my lungs. They always cause me to gain weight when I am on them. Ten pounds this time. I got the reminder today to weigh in and I did. I have lost five of the ten I have gained since stopping them last week. Still disheartening though to know I still have five pounds to get me back on track. This bronchial asthma with environmental allergies flare up has kicked the stuffing out of me for seven weeks. Still have it. I’m on the strongest meds they can give me. I have to wait for the season to change to see if there is an improvement.
