I have been looking for a website like this!! I am following the food guide pyramid for my diet. I feel right now this fits in best with my busy life. I need to buy a scale and get to the gym. I am doing pretty well with eating good and my husband hasn't even complained about the food changes!! My biggest thing is to eat less and be okay with being hungry. I am aiming for the gym come Monday. I am excited to make friends here and give and get support. Most importantly, I'm excited to get skinny!!
