Weekly weigh in. Down only 1lb. Slow and steady. I will take any kind of loss. I am in my 70s and my metabolism has slowed down. I remember being able to eat half a pie and never gaining an ounce. To me, those were the "good old days". But trying to stay healthy and have a way to eat for the rest of my life, is what I am trying to do now. Thanks for the help and info from you people. And have a good Fathers Day this Sunday.
