Workout #65 of 2018. Went from Saturday to Thursday, so 5 days, which felt too long and was too long, so good to get back at it today. As I try to figure out how to consistently exercise, maybe 3-4 workouts/week, I am finding that I need to plan for a bit, which i haven't consistently done. So, I need to figure out how to get to bed before 11, to work out at 6, for example, while still doing the usual family and household stuff. Put negatively, if I screw around, waste time, and don't get to bed early enough, I have to pick between being more tired at work after a workout on not enough sleep, or skipping a workout. A better choice would be to stay organized, and see if I want/need that 4th or 5th workout in a week, or want some extra sleep to be more rested.

Does anyone have any thoughts on if in the long term you need less sleep if you are more fit? If so, you can sleep a bit less, work out during that time instead, and still have the same hours to do life. It would be a sleep for exercise trade, over time.
