Planned my meals ahead of time today. Breakfast was Keto coffee. It amazes me how much that kills the appetite, and yet is tolerable to a non-coffee drinker! I always have to add 1 tbsp of dark cocoa powder.

Planning riding my exercise bike this afternoon. Too hot in Texas to do outdoor walk right now! If I could manage to get up early, I could, but think it would have to be 6 a.m.! I'm not a morning person!

I didn't follow my plan -- I forgot about riding exercise bike! Was hungry after church tonight so had a spoonful of peanut butter and slice of cheese. That messed up my finely balanced carb/fat ratio, and added too many calories. I should have drunk a cup of bouillon instead!
