Hi everyone,
a week off work decorating and not much exercise except gym .. so I guess it could be a lot worse ..
Not sure why but June has been a bad month - 1st month I’ve put weight back on (4.5 kg) so it’s JULY so fresh start .. good luck to you all on your journeys x
