These lunches of real food are so yummy, each real item has such a unique natural flavour, and it is considerably more filling than I ever gave it credit for. Thank-you Mother Nature. As is true with any effort of eating well, and then being conscious of defining unhealthy choices, particularly in the weigh loss phase, today a colleague arrived with Warm Almond Croissants. "Why thank-you I said", and then gave them away later, with NO regrets.
