Started out the day really well, but then fell short by been sucked in by protein bars adand labelled goods and then a sugar cravng at home with chocolate and ice cream. Not loosing faith, just going to remember that for me there is no such thing as ONE piece of chocolate.
I'm going to really try boost things off wiht a pure protein only day. No exceptions!
