I have lost nearly 4 stone in 7 months but no low carb. I walk a lot and do a few exercises but just eat healthy.
use this app to find the calories you should eat and then cut that number by 500.
low carb stuff didn't work for me. good quality healthy food, less bread and the weight comes off. fast to start with then now I'm losing around a pound a week.
if you want 4 stone in a year then work that out weekly or monthly and you will find it easy.
remember its not a race, slowly slowly catchy monkey.
