Losing weight is a mental game and you can try 100 times and then it clicks on the 101 try. If it were easy we would all be skinny. Set a small goal of 3 weeks. Tell yourself you are going to stick with it for 3 weeks consistently. You can do anything for 3 weeks. Give yourself a non-food reward for sticking with it. Mark it on the calendar. Cross off each day. Get some fitness magazines. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Get active and do something else when you want to go off plan. It's about finding motivation and changing the way you think and feel about food. It takes 3 or more weeks to make a new habit. Give it a try and see what happens.
