I wish I was disciplined enough to have a cheat day. but I know I would have serious withdrawals from filling up on those foods that trigger my additiction cravings. I envy you able to do that. the best I've been able to do is have two bites of a shared dessert once a month under social pressure. you must have tremendous will power. respect to you.
