So... the weekend was rough for me. I ate fairly well, however I overendulged in alcohol and Korean BBQ on Saturday. Despite all the stuff I put into my body, it's impressive I only gained .5 pounds. Hopefully once my body recoveres from the w/e i'll see a more significant drop.
On a positive note, I went to dance class for the first time in along time yesterday, and I'm swimming tonight as well. So the activity is up and, hopefully, it's staying that way. :)
