3 weeks into my first F45 challenge, I weighed in at 10.5% body fat with my end goal being single digit.
I'm giving it 110%, diet is on point and pushing myself like crazy in the gym.... 13 sessions a week on average hahahaha.
I can't imagine being 120kg ever again
