Welp I celebrated my three year anniversary lastnight and did pretty good! I ate 7 ounces of ribeye, half a serving of garlic mashed potatoes, and a side salad. And only ONE piece of the amazing bread. I must say I feel much better this morning knowing I didn’t overindulge ! Normally I feel like I undid all of my hard work in one night when I go out to eat. Also I had the best time with my amazing husband !
