I know that doesn't look like much of a difference since my last recorded weight was almost 2 months ago but i still have a LOT of edema from my hips down so this weight means I've actually lost quite a bit of fat. My broken bed whose head will no longer raise has been the problem. Because of my spine, I can't lay flat on my back long enough for the swelling to go down and it doesn't go down when i lay on my side. So I've had to be up a lot which of course causes more swelling.
Anyway, i got one of those medical wedges yesterday to keep me from laying flat and i think over time that is going to help get rid of much of the swelling. I hope it does. My stomach is smaller and squishier. From my hips up i can see a difference.
I hope y'all have been doing well. I'm still eating like usual.i haven't been logging lately but my meals have pretty much kept the same rotation from week to week. I've discovered golden flake makes a pork rinds flavor with the same seasoning as my favorite potato chip so that was exciting :-)
