No despair - I find weight gain / loss is somewhat cyclic. You can never tell if you are going up or down until a couple of days later (but that is my personal impression).
I dont have the courage to step onto the scales today since a weekend of golf in Kelowna with my buddies was not exactly condusive to a healthy diet :)
