This has been a breakthrough week. For the first time in forever I didn't break my fast with an unconscious inhalation of food. I am an intermittent faster. I actually took a small nibble, let myself taste the flavor and enjoy the texture of my food. I could feel the pleasure center of my brain responding to the chewing action. I think I've achieved the Zen of eating. Then I came out of my reverie and ate my bowl of Cheerios like a normal person. Ooohhhmmm....
73,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

😂 haha better than a lot of us! But I do miss Cheerios! Do you do 16:8 fast? That's what I do, I get ravenous in the morning and when I finally decided to eat I'm not that hungry. Drives me nuts lol

Andrinna, I've tried a 16:8 fast but I needed to modify it to 12:12 fast. Nothing after 7pm. That keeps me out of the kitchen all night. It was my evening snacking that was my biggest problem besides portion control. I'm glad you are doing well with your WOE. 😀
