Yeah so lately i've been pretty terrible. I will spare the details of what i ate. But anyway this is why my weight hasn't gone down. But today i tried to make up for yesterday's mistakes with a big exercise session. 2 hours 30 minutes of walking uphill and down again. I decided to hike to the top of the track. I ran a lot of parts that weren't steep to maximise energy burn and now that my fitness is good i could do that. Its not a great habit to get into - over eating and then making up for it with a lot of exercise. But from time to time, its ok. I'd like to do this hike once a week but probably won't.
