I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and I eat mostly plants you would think weight would fall off. I swim all day long with my dogs 7 months of out of the year and drink only water as even decaff tea gives me the jitters. I used to stay on 1200 calories a day when I was very young. I am very healthy and do not wear glasses or take any meds just herbs so that makes me so happy. My grandmom who lived to 101 was plump like me said she and I are built the same. Both of us used food as medicine and it works.
