Workouts #92 and #93 of 2018 on Saturday 9-1 and Tuesday 9-4. Saturday workout was best one ever at the gym. I had a lot of energy, went harder than usual for almost twice as long as usual. Maybe I'm getting in better shape. Maybe it was a one-time exception. We'll see.
