PCShrink, I'm eating 1300 cal, intermittent fasting, 50% carb - 20% fat - 30 % protein - 25 gm fiber, but I usually end up high on fat and low on protein. I drastically reduced sugar and white wheat flour consumption. That's also my maintenance plan.
