Feeling a bit disheartened with this :( I’ve given up a lot of things I enjoy eating and have recorded every single drink and food. I wish I hadn’t weighed myself before my workout as it really got me down knowing I’ve been running and working out and I’m not getting progress. 😕could do with some support from you guys if you don’t mind

Sounds silly but have you been measuring your inches? Waist, thighs, upper arms? If you're running and working out you might well find that you're losing inches rather than weight. A pound of muscle takes up less room than a pound of fat so, even though your weight isn't changing much, your shape and size could be altering a lot.

@frankie_bug It’s a really good question. I haven’t been tape measuring but my jeans are defiantly looser and don’t leave marks on me anymore. I think you’re right that I need to move to a different means of measuring my success. The scales get me down so much sometimes! Thankyou for your support I really really appreciate it :) 💐
