I wish I could have lost more, I mean to walk 11 miles in one weekand have only 1.6 lbs down? so this week, I'm going to try to stay on calories like I'm supposed to... sigh, *fingers crossed for me this time*
104,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 47,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Wow that's alot of walking! I know how easy it is to get discouraged but you lost 1.6 lb's!, way to go you!, it a step in the right direction! As you know this is one of the hardest things to do and any weightloss is a great acomplishment...I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, you can do it!

Not losing weight does not mean you are not losing body fat or slimming down. You could be gaining muscle which is countering the weight loss numbers. I am having trouble getting my weight numbers to go down also, but I have scale that counts body fat and muscle mass. My body fat is down 4% and I have gained 5lbs in muscle. My waist has gone down 1 inch and my hips are down 2 inches. The point I am making is that dont look at the scale alone. Do you notice fat loss on your body? Have you measured yourself? And most importantly of all...How do you feel? Also, walking so many miles and being on a restricted calories may have actually caused you to go into starvation mode. You need to replace the burnt calories even on a restricted diet. So for example, say you burnt 1000 calories walking and you are only allowed 1200 calories. You actually need to eat 2200 calories that day. You need to eat the minimum your body requires to function (1200) but if you burn 1000 calories, your body will only get 200 calories to function the whole day. That is very unhealthy and could have caused your body to conserve fat instead of burning it. Heres fingers crossed to you being healthy and looking good, even if the numbers arent going down fast!

thanks caged liberty, that makes me fee reall good actually. I'm only walking 1-2 miles a day, but I've found I'm not winded when I go up the stairs? does that seem weird? anyway, I thought I'd let you know, I have felt thinner and my jeans just about plummeted to my ankles today, (and I only bought them a few days ago) say what you want about the number on the scale, I feel great!!
