I am doing so poorly. I can't believe I have lost two pounds! I am so busy and stressed at work! I am back to drinking sweet tea and coke all day! I need to get that straightened out this week. Please pray for me. In one month I will be at the lake with my family! I look awful and feel awful! I am addicted to junky things! I also love fruit and vegetables. That's my whole problem! I love everything!

you can do it! Think about how much you believe in others (but mom I can't tie my shoes!!!) Something seems difficult until we can do it! A diet is just another, well, TALENT...and you are talented kiddo! One day at a time...water water water!
