You can do it you just have to fight, push, keep reminding yourself why you are doing this. Most importantly do not give up. By the way STOP getting in the scale you are not suppose to get back on until day 10. Did you use the same scale as before and did you get on at the same time of day that seems a little crazy to put on that much weight in 5 days. If you are going to weigh yourself do it first thing in thmorning after you use the restroom. KEEP SMASHING!!!!
