Ate more than usual yesterday but still under goal calories. Exercising daily doing cardio and little weight lifting. I know I need to keep looking at big picture instead of daily fluctuations but darn it is frustrating. Not once have I “cheated”, look forward to my “cheat day” this weekend where I will try to recharge my metabolism a little. Energy level has definitely improved from week 1. Today I shall invest in some diet gummy bears to aid in colon motility 😏. 1 week without 💩 is more than enough....perhaps the scale will be better in my favor after that, too 🤗
66,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
