i swear....does breastfeeding affect the result on the scale???i mean, do i weigh differently during feedings??? getting frustrated!!!! i expected more than a one pound loss this week, well, was hoping for more than that...ugh~ better than a gain tho...

thats for sure! try weighing yourself before you eat, and even one pound is good progress. thats one WHOLE pound of body fat, and 3500 calories.

i watch these two shows that help keep me motivated and i really learn a lot about food, and i love to see the end result and others succeeding...anyways, the shows are called x weighted and u r what u eat...and they have shown people what they have lost with cubes of lard and its really crazy. i mean, i feel different after losing these 10 pounds this last month, but like to see it laid out on a table in cubes. WOW! it really is a lot. maybe everytime i lose anything, i should go to the store and hold the equivalent in lard and REALLY see what i have accomplished. maybe then a pound wont seem so little to me anymore....either way...as long as im not gaining, and i kno im making better choices! it is a huge accomplishment for me to make myself a separate dinner bc the family is having hamburgers...and i have baked chicken with veggies...that is really something for me... =0)
