I’ve got the same problem! The last two days have been hectic, doughnuts and peanut butter galore, but now I’m paying for it.
What helps me is drinking water and coffee, keeps my mind off food.
Remember why you want to lose: It’s not about the number on the scale. It’s about how you’ll look and feel when you get there. All the best😁
