I see some people journaling that they are doing 5 or 2 days of fasting. Why do people fast, what is the benefit (besides just drinking water)? I feel as though I have been eating so cleanly without cheating (except for my “cheat day”...and even that day I don’t go overboard...I just try to get more carbs in) that there wouldn’t be a benefit, other than mentally to see my weight temporarily drop a bit more.
Also, can others see my meal logs? And graph trends? I can’t see anything of anyone’s other than their journal and weights if they made them public.
