Hoping this gain is mostly my period since it starts tomorrow. Last night I went super hard at the gym and felt great. I jogged 15 mins. straight which I haven't done in at least a month since I just can't seem to stay motivated. I'll be good for a lil and then slack for a week or 2 and then have to start over it seems. After the jog, I walked 15 mins then did 30 on the elliptical then some abs and arms.
