Ok. Time to get started again. Been enjoying the summer & eating more than usual. Not much exercise either except for surfing on the weekends. My timeline for reaching 190 lbs is November 19th. I'm about 15 lbs away at this point. Summer is coming to and end & hopefully it cools down enough to start running the hills again. I WILL do this! It's just a mind set.
