😏😩This is super frustrating... what is happening with me... now 80 is my new struggle... I need to get out of here, just not sure what to do, rather what I should stop doing...
80,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 15,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

have u tried protein as a replacement for a meal?also I find cardio 30 per day 7days a week will do it I was stagnant on 88 I'm now 86.4 in a week taebo and eating right with the 100% whey protein. bsn is amaizing

Thanks Jade, guess you right, I need to make peace with cutting back on cardio... I just find myself on the treadmill and intend walking, but end up running 🏃🏽‍♀️... I will definitely cut it down to perhaps 3 times a week and do strength training and the pool 🏊🏽‍♀️... thank you for confirming what has been has been a lingering question in the back of my mind...

Oh and yes I am now taking a protein shake to help with the increase in my protein intake.

Maria im also on the same boat, i tell myself i wont do cardio but end up on the treadmill,i enjoy the sweating i think,just this morning i was asking about protein shakes and protein bars aswell because i read that strength training is just as good as cardio but u achieve results without necessary putting in as many hours as cardio so i hope we get this right😉
