40 lbs ...gone...buh-bye!
I have lost over 10% of my body weight!
I am now 30 % of the way to my over all goal!
I had a goal to lose 40 lbs by AUGUST!!! hee hee hee (really smilin')
FINALLY had someone tell me They could see I am losing!!
I am 2.2 lbs away from being under 300 lbs ... i honestly don't remember the last time I was there. Maybe 15 years. Wow.

AWESOME! My first goal was 245 by my birthday July 7th. I still have 3 weeks till then and only 3 more pounds till that goal. At the rate I am losing I may be 230 by that time! Congrats on blasting that goal so soon! Just look at your progress, you may lose 20 more by August!
