Surprised I'm losing at all. Have not been diligent. Just trying to hold my own until after Christmas. Between traveling, indulging, hormones going crazy and being so busy and not fitting in workouts, I'm shocked I haven't gained more. Was snowbound for a few days. Shoveled snow, which was very wet and heavy, so I'd say I got a workout in for 2 days. Life has thrown me quite a few curve balls lately and I can't seem to mentally get back to where I was. I'm really hoping after the holidays I can get myself back on track and also help my husband get back on track too.
