I am finally feeling better now that we are back from vacation and I'm over that nasty bout of food poisoning I picked up in Las Vegas.

I started back on Atkins on Wednesday and am back down to my pre-vacation weight, so I'm pretty happy about that. It's just a matter of how long I can stay on Induction to really get the ball rolling again!

Good luck! Sucks about the food poisoning!! Glad to hear that you got back down to what you were before you went on vacation... and I bet that you'll do just fine on induction... if I can do it, anyone can!!
