Lost a couple pounds since last wee. Not sure why. Probably normal fluctuation. Below my March 2012 weight for 1st time in 6 months, though, which is a good psychological benefit. Maybe I can continue a slow drift down. Really, all I have to do is avoid most of my sugary binges and I lose weight. That'll get me down to a certain point, I'm guessing around 215, so around 20 pounds lighter. That seems like a good point from here. The weekend has the chance of being bad, traveling, with parents. Beware. At least it's not in their house, sitting around with pressure to eat lots of food at inappropriate times all day long.
