Another one bites the dust...dunt, dunt, dunt, another one bites the dust... can you sing it? I recorded in a couple days early and hope this weight will stick. I started the new job yesterday for just a couple of hours and then will go 4 hours today, but 9-5 the rest of the week and next week too, traveling to a further away location. So most likely I will not be able to be on FS too much in the next 2 weeks. I won't be heading to the gym much in these next 2 weeks and had to miss yesterday, but I did go for a 45 min walk up and down hills in a park and then did sit ups lifting my 2 smaller kids up on the bottom of my legs while I did them. Try it if you haven't- for me it added on another 40-45 lbs and the kids love doing that!
I didn't record my points over the weekend and suddenly I was up for a temp. gain after 2 days. I did record them the last 2 days, and was over both days, although I felt I did eat carefully. It really is hard to stay in 22 points. I am not counting my activity points though and I can count the flex points.
I wore pants yesterday that had been too tight for months and suddenly they fit fine with room to spare! I bought a new pair of pants (size 8 yeah!) yesterday too and really can tell the difference going down. This is exciting. A few months ago my goal was to reach 140 by June 1st. Now I'm not sure I can make that (I had reset it to 143- oh, I'm there now!) We'll see how close I can to that goal! Goals really are great things, esp. broken down into smaller time frames.
