I’ve been good for a week, I refused to weigh in last week, if I had it would have said 260lbs.
I think everyone over does things at Christmas and I certainly did,
my friend who was doing so well confessed to putting on 24lbs in the last 3 months, i don’t feel too bad now.
18stone starting point again for me then, time to reload and redouble my efforts.

114,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 19,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
